The Federazione Abruzzese del Michigan is happy to have you as a visitor on our website. We were founded in 1999 and are the only Abruzzese federation in the Midwest. We look to promote the culture and traditions of the Abruzzo region in Italy among the immigrants from the region in Michigan and the surrounding areas. The govern-ment of Abruzzo has been working closely with us throughout the federation’s existence to help organize student exchanges, visits by musical groups and government officials, scholarships and study abroad opportunities, and many other activities. We hope that through our organization we are able to better unite the people in our area of Abruzzese descent and help enrich their lives culturally. Thank you
